three handled piece designed by Marie Kirschner or Michael Powolny in lime green glass. Vase is 3 tall and 5-1/4 wide and the design is with the desirable handles starting from the bottom going up to the rim. The black enameling is of three bell flowers--possibly by Dagobert Peche
