Description
The Madonna and Child with cherubs, the Virgin holding the infant Jesus, leaning her head to right, against His, her right elbow against a blaustrade, with cherubs on either side, those to right holding a dish; in a roundel; after Donatello´s relief of The Chellini Madonna, then in the collection of the Marquis of Rockingham, now in V&A; scratched-letter state. 1790
